This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What data we collect

We only collect what you give us yourself through the request form. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

When you submit the request form, we store:

• The website address you enter
• The PHP version you select (or that you do not know it)
• Your hoster or server description
• Whether you report a current problem
• Your email address or messaging handle
• Your optional message
• The language version of the site you used
• Your IP address and browser user agent, for spam protection and abuse prevention

Server log files

Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure. It is not combined with other data and is not used for marketing.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. No consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we process your data

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract)
• To protect the form from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest)
• To comply with tax and commercial record-keeping duties if you become a customer (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

We never sell your data. We never add you to a newsletter. We do not profile you.

Email

When you submit the form we send you a confirmation email and we send an internal notification to ourselves. Emails are handled through a commercial email provider. Your address is used only for this request.

Who else sees your data

We use service providers who process data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR:

• A hosting provider in the EU — serves this website
• An email service provider — sends and stores our correspondence
• A messaging service (Telegram) — internal notification that a request arrived. Only our own staff receive these.

Third-country transfers

Our email and messaging providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not become a contract: deleted after 12 months
• Invoices and tax-relevant records: 7 years (Estonian accounting law)
• Server logs: 30 days, then deleted

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• Delete your data (Art. 17)
• Restrict processing (Art. 18)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)

Complaints

You may complain to a supervisory authority at any time. In Estonia this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia. If you live in another EU country you may also contact your local authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS only. Access to stored requests is limited to staff who need it. Passwords are not collected anywhere on this site.

Changes

We may update this policy if the site changes. The version published here is always the current one.
